We love hearing from organizations around the world who are teaching Born2Fly's anti-trafficking program to their kids and teens.
Here's the latest from our partners in Uganda:
"I really need your prayer for the lives of women and children in Uganda, which are so much affected by traffickers. With the help of material from Born to Fly International, we are training women and children to be aware of traffickers, know their tricks and say no to them."
Here are some of the kids and moms in Uganda going through the Born2Fly program:
Uganda is a Tier 2 country in the U.S. State Department's latest Trafficking in Persons Report, meaning its "government does not fully comply with the Trafficking Victim's Protection Act’s (TVPA) minimum standards, but is making significant efforts to bring themselves into compliance with those standards."
When organizations teach Born2Fly, it helps them comply with TVPA standards and better their ranking when the next TIP Report comes out. We are delighted to help them do this!
You, too, can teach Born2Fly to your kids and teens. Just go to www.born2fly.org and register to download our free curriculums. More than 600 organizations in 65 countries already have registered--and we'd love to add you to that list.
