Our expanded website is now live! All the Born2Fly anti-trafficking materials are uploaded on it.
Organizations around the world have begun to download our curriculum, wordless book, and more--all absolutely free.
Yup, I'm pretty excited about it!
Here's what they're telling us:
South Africa:
"We are the national coalition of counter-trafficking organisations in South Africa. Trafficking is rife country-wide involving foreign and local victims and perpetrators...We hope B2F will help us raise awareness about human trafficking so that the children know how to protect themselves...You guys are doing amazing work; keep it up!"
Australia:
"[We expect B2F will] give our children a 'heads up' in a way that doesn't frighten them, giving them some options for situations they might otherwise be unprepared for."
US:
"I'm a freshman in college studying nursing. My goal is to become a gynecological nurse and help girls saved from trafficking. Not only do I want to provide medical support, I want to learn how to provide for their mental, emotional, and spiritual needs."
Kenya:
"We have a home for orphans with 32 children and 10 more on the way. I want to educate our children on human trafficking before it's too late."
England:
"We're experiencing a growth in trafficking of Roma children for petty crime and prostitution and also internal trafficking of young girls. We hope B2F will help us empower young people to resist exploitation."
In addition to these countries, B2F is also headed to Australia, Cambodia, Costa Rica, England, Greece, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Ukraine, Vietnam, and more. And we're already in Bulgaria, the Dominican Republic, the Philippines, Russia, and Thailand.
If you know someone who works with children, please tell them about our B2F trafficking prevention program. Just send them to www.born2fly.org where they can register to download the materials without charge. Once we approve their request, we'll send them a password so they can download whatever they need.
And of course if you want to see them, just go to that same site and register.
Free but not cheap
We give away our anti-trafficking materials without charge. Most organizations working with kids around the world couldn't afford to pay anyway. So we give them away freely--and rely on the generosity of donors (that would be you!) so that we can continue doing this.
If you'd like to keep these materials going around the world protecting kids from trafficking, just click here to make an instant tax-deductible donation.
Remember, our goal is to cut off the supply line of kids. Awareness training is the best way to do this.
Thank you for partnering with us as we educate children in more and more countries every month. You really are helping us reach kids before the traffickers do.
